Terms of Service

01/ Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using WireCord, you agree to be bound by these Terms. WireCord is a real-time communication platform built on the Laravel/Livewire stack. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the service.

02/ Platform Usage & Ownership

WireCord allows users to create Servers and Channels. You are solely responsible for:

Content Responsibility All data transmitted through your server channels, including messages, media, and metadata.

Membership Control The invitation and removal of users via the server membership management system.

03/ Technical Integrity

To ensure the performance of our 2K-optimized real-time engine, users agree not to:

Attempt to bypass WebSocket authorization logic.
Automate account creation or server "spamming" via the API.
Reverse-engineer the HashID obfuscation patterns used in public URLs.

04/ Service Availability

WireCord is provided "as is." While we utilize Laravel Reverb for high-availability broadcasting, we do not guarantee 100% uptime or that data will never be lost due to upstream provider failures.

05/ Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend access to servers that violate our core technical or community guidelines. Upon termination, your server_user associations will be purged.
